AR Beauty Assistant

Project Scope

This was a partnership with an AR company to create a digital experience for shoppers to make up stores. After doing user research, we were able to identify a major frustration. Sometimes it is hard to track down beauty experts in a busy store when presented with a lot of options. We looked into a way to help the customer use their phone to get that added help when they need it.

The App

The Beauty Assistant App is a tool that helps customers find makeup products. Using NFC technology, all a customer has to do is hold up their phone to the store display. More information is presented to them and they can filter products and read reviews on the spot.
